These Terms and Agreement govern your use of the Rinse & Dry laundry management and ordering system. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify Rinse & Dry if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Laundry orders

Provide complete and accurate order details, including garment count, service type, and any care instructions. We will make reasonable efforts to follow those instructions, but cannot guarantee results for items with existing damage, weak fabric, or unclear care labels.

3. Items and responsibility

Do not submit hazardous, illegal, contaminated, or unusually valuable items without prior written approval. Please remove personal belongings from pockets. Rinse & Dry is not responsible for items left inside garments or for damage caused by undisclosed defects or improper labeling.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are based on the service and order information provided. Additional charges may apply when the actual order differs materially from the submitted details. Any applicable payment must be completed through the payment method accepted by Rinse & Dry before release of the finished order.

5. Pickup, delivery, and collection

You are responsible for providing an accessible pickup or delivery location and being available during the agreed schedule. Completed orders should be collected promptly. Contact us as soon as possible if an order is delayed, incomplete, or appears damaged.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the system, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person's account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.

7. Privacy

We use account and order information to operate the laundry service, communicate about orders, maintain records, and improve the system. We handle personal information according to applicable privacy requirements and do not ask you to submit payment credentials through unsecured messages.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions or concerns should be raised with the Rinse & Dry administrator before placing an order.
